We are here to make your child care selection any easy choice. We want you to know you will always have a sitter with all the qualities you are looking for and more! It is important to us that you find our sitters to be the best person for the job. Should you have any cause for concern, we are here to work with you to resolve any issues.

We want to ensure your satisfaction as we build and grow to be able to offer services to everyone. As a parent, you have enough on your plate and deserve to have the time you need without worrying about the people you do everything for. That is our mission, to take one thing off your plate by offering a permanent child care solution.
Privacy & Safety
Any and all information requested and retained, is solely for the purposes of providing our quality services and optimization of our processes. We do not and will not sell or share any information gathered unless required by law and never release personal information of minor children excluding when necessary for emergency care. Your data is treated with the utmost security and privacy possible.

Payment details and information may be shared with a third party processor in order to collect charges due for services and will be retained to streamline the booking process for future services. You have the right to remove payment information from your account at any time. Please note: valid form of payment on file is required in order to book and retain services.
Booking & Cancellation
Our Royal Families enjoy booking options up to three hours prior to needing services and 72 hours for new families. Booking requests can be made 24/7 via our website and social media channels. We maintain regular business office hours and as such booking requests received outside business hours will be followed up when business hours resume, requests that require follow up outside office hours (last minute, weekends or other) are subject to additional fees. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due upon booking confirmation.

We strictly enforce 24-hour, 48-hour and 72-hour cancellation and modification policies where fees apply for all babysitting reservations. Cancellations in these timeframes are subject to a fee of $40 or the full remaining balance of the scheduled hours. Cancellations and modifications may only be made by speaking with Royal Kid Care directly or with a timed stamped voicemail. cancellations and/or modifications by text, email and/or directly with the babysitter will not be honored. Modifications made within 24 hours of a reservation or after hours will incur an additional fee. No exceptions.

Charges and payment will be processed automatically upon the invoice due date via the payment method provided at the time the reservation was made. If payment processing is unsuccessful, services will be cancelled. Outstanding fees or unpaid invoices will require payment prior to booking additional services.

Payment Methods
Payment by credit or debit card is required for booking services and valid payment information must be provided when requested during the process of confirming the reservation request. We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. Cash payments will be accepted upon request, please contact us for direct cash payment instructions. Sitters are not able to accept any kind of payment and any payment given shall be considered a tip and not applied toward billing of retained services.
